GCM’s Joy Klenke was recently named Board Chair for The Servant Center of Greensboro, NC. The Servant Center was founded in 1991 as an outreach program to help low-income and disabled people apply for disability benefits under a federal grant with the Social Security Administration. Today the organization provides transitional housing for homeless and disabled veterans, a permanent supportive housing program, and a disability assistance program.

Joy began her term as Board Chair earlier in the summer of 2015. She served as Board Treasurer prior to her appointment as Chair.

A manager of GCM’s Accounting and Auditing team, Joy provides audit services, prepares financial statements, and tracks net assets for Gilliam Coble & Moser clients. Joy has nine years of non-profit audit experience and is an integral part of GCM’s non-profit niche team.

Joy started her career with GCM as an intern and was hired full time in 2004. She works out of our Greensboro office.
