On Friday, September 18, 2015, members of the GCM team participated in “CPA Day of Service,” a statewide event hosted by the North Carolina Association of CPAs. Now in its fourth year, “CPA Day of Service” was created as a means for NCACPA members to give back to their communities. Nearly 300 organizations across the state of North Carolina participated in this year’s event.

The GCM team completed service projects in both the Burlington and Greensboro communities. The GCM Greensboro office prepared a fall garden for The Servant Center, an organization providing transitional housing and support programs for homeless veterans, the disabled, and other members of the Greensboro community. GCM Burlington spent the day painting, cleaning, and completing training programs at CrossRoads of Alamance County, a sexual assault response and resource center.
